He joined our firm in the year 2001 and is working out of Kolkata Office. Health care industry and direct taxes are his core area of expertise

He Joined Vidya & Co. in 2004.He heads our Delhi office since then. Excels in Audit for Public sector units

Sanjeev Agarwal

He is the founder member of our firm. He also holds a M.Com degree from Kolkata University. He is heading our Kolkata office since 1977. He has helped set up innumerable start-ups and helped sick businesses turn around.

Sarad Jha

He has been with our Firm since 2001 and presently located in Kolkata.He is also a MBA with specialisation in HR. Human resources and audits are his core area of expertise

Jitendra Nagar

He joined as a partner in the firm from December 2009. Apart from being a CA , he is a MBA from wake forest university, NC, US, Six Sigma Green belt, CPA and CFA from US. He focuses on cross border ventures, US tax and accounting and NRI services.

M/s. Vidya & Company, a firm of Chartered Accountants, was formed as a Partnership concern on 26th May,1977 with Mr. Rajendra Jha & Mr. Sarad Jha being pioneer partners of the firm.

Today it is a one stop shop for accounting and financial services with Pan India Presence. It has offices in Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bhopal.

A highly skilled and experienced team of eight partners and more than thirty staff provide well thought and well researched opinions. We have served various industries, including public and private sector companies.

We are rated as Category 1 since 2008 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
